WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES
Cooper Restorations products are warranted to meet or exceed the stated product specifications and to conform to the vehicle description on the label. In the event of a non-conformance with this warrant, Cooper Restorations will indemnify the buyer against loss in an amount not to exceed the price paid for the goods. Every product offered by Cooper Restorations is intended for use only by qualified professionals; the burden for safe use in handling of our products rests entirely with the user. The user must determine suitability of a product for a particular vehicle. We cannot assume responsibility for the customer errors when placing an order. Cooper Restorations assumes no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or expense, either consequential or incidental, including but not limited to damage or injury to person or property, arising from or related to the use of these products. Pricing and availability is subject to change without notice at Cooper Restorations discretion. Cooper Restorations is not responsible for pricing errors due to clerical, proofing and printing mistakes.
Please inspect all merchandise for damage or missing parts and make sure all parts invoiced are received before you sign for the merchandise. This provides an opportunity to note damage on the freight bill and receive claim. If time constraints do not allow for detail review of entire shipment right away, at the very minimum inspect inside each box for damage. If anything appears to have had some rough handling, then note it on the freight bill before the driver leaves. This may be your only recourse for filing a claim for shipping damage.
Products may be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange at our discretion within 30 days of receipt. No returns after 30 days. To return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our customer service department for a return authorization number and instructions. Cooper Restorations will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. Customer will pay freight on all returned orders or defective merchandise. Important: Any item which has been altered, painted, installed or deemed non-resalable by Cooper Restorations will be returned to the customer. All literature, including books, manuals, diagrams, and printed materials are non-returnable due to the nature of the material included. Stencil kits, electrical parts, and all special order items are non-returnable.
Items too large to ship UPS or Fedex will have to ship truck freight. We ship daily by UPS, and/or FedEx. Please provide a complete physical address as UPS can not deliver to a PO Box. UPS will try to deliver your order three times before returning it to Cooper Restorations. UPS will leave a notification slip if no one is available at the shipping address. Contact your local UPS immediately for delivery of your order. Orders returned to Cooper Restorations are considered Refused. Please call for shipping estimates.
All refused orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Cooper Restorations will consider the entire order canceled and void with no notification to the customer. The customer will be billed 30% plus all freight charges to and from destination.
Cooper Restorations accepts Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Paypal, and Discover for your convenience. When placing your order, be sure to include the credit card number and expiration date. If different from person placing order, include card holder’s name, address, home phone, and business phone.
